Mountain Edge Suites sits on beautiful grounds at the base of Mount Sunapee, a mile by car to the state park beach and Mount Sunapee Resort ski area, and just 20 minutes from Interstate 89. With 46 suites ranging in size from 800 to 1,800 square feet, Mountain Edge is a family-friendly hotel with many of the comforts of home.

A daily continental breakfast and WiFi come standard at Mountain Edge. Enjoy our two indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, and game room after a day of skiing or swimming at the lake. Pick up a snack or sunscreen in our small gift shop.

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid ID and credit card

• The hotel front desk closes at 11pm and reopens at 7am. To arrive later than 11pm, contact the hotel at 603-763-4600.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Sunday-Thursday non-holiday: 72 hours prior to arrival

• Friday & Saturday, holidays, and special event dates: 14 days prior to arrival

• Late cancellations are subject to a fee of one night’s room and tax or 25% of the stay, whichever is greater.

• No show reservations will be charged a fee of one night’s room and tax or 25% of the stay, whichever is greater.

• Group blocks have unique cancellation policies. Refer to your contract or speak to your sales representative.

• Reservations must be cancelled using the same service used for booking. Reservations made through third-party travel sites cannot be cancelled by contacting the hotel.

• Prepaid, non-refundable rates are paid in full at the time of booking and cannot be refunded, regardless of when they are cancelled.

PET POLICY

• Mountain Edge Suites has a limited number of pet-friendly rooms on the ground level, with small pet friendly patios and easy outdoor access. We accept up to two dogs per pet-friendly room at a fee of $25 per dog, per night. Dogs must be supervised or crated.

EXTRA PERSON CHARGES

• Base rates include up to double occupancy

• Additional adults 18 and over are an additional $10 per person per night, plus tax
