We offer blocks of up to 10 rooms for wedding parties. Modest discounts off the Best Available Rate may be offered based on the season and demand, and will only apply to rooms in the room block. When the block is full, guests can reserve outside the block at the Best Available Rate. There is a two-night minimum on Friday and Saturday. Holiday weekends, including Labor Day and Columbus Day, may carry a three-night minimum.

Once the block is active, guests may reserve directly through the hotel by phone. Any unreserved rooms in the block will be released 60 days prior to arrival, and a 14-day cancellation policy will apply to individual reservations. A deposit is not required to reserve a block of rooms. If you are interested in reserving all of the hotel rooms for your event, a hotel buyout option is available. 

Mountain Edge Suites is perfect for small conferences and corporate travel. Our suites offer space to stretch out, and can accommodate shared occupancy comfortably. A daily continental breakfast is included. Our conference room can seat 40, and has WiFi and a presentation monitor. Attendees can relax after hours in our exercise room, indoor pools, hot tub, and sauna. There is ample outdoor space for team building. 

We are proud to host a number of clubs and organizations each year. Tour groups, hobbyists, and athletes enjoy our expansive suites. Our location at the base of Mount Sunapee is ideal, and there are a number of local caterers and restaurants. There is a two-night minimum on Friday and Saturday.
